One of the key elements in most groups' visits to Plas Gwynant is that of working as a successful team, and staff have accordingly devised a set of problem solving tasks that promote the idea of teamwork.
We try to integrate these group activities early on in the course, so that students quickly understand the nature of working together and co-operating as a team.
Our problem solving tasks include a mixture of both physical and mental challenges so that each individual within the group gets the chance to contribute.
